July 21, 2010 The Never Ending Story of Jamie Harmon AKA Jamie Harley The Jury has deliberated
and deliberated and finally yes finally come to a verdict..A Juror of 12 of her peers found her guilty of 5 counts of Money
Laundering and no conspiracy to launder money. Still that gives her time in a federal prison (i thought so
but it appears the liberal federal judge who oversaw the case may just give her house arrest and probation what a joke)
and sentencing will not occur for another 90 days while she freely roams our halls of justice saying good-bye trying to make
others feel sorry for her (Jamie Harmon loves to bring on the tears as she repeatedly openly displayed tears in
federal court). Saying good-bye for how long...it appears from the news on the web.. for only a short
period of time- to re-coupe then coming back to haunt her scorned clients once again. I found it rather interesting
that her partner.. at her law firm represented her at trial.. so I asked around and found an attorney who thought it as strange
as me. The attorney I talked to said it would be "concealment of crucial evidence." No doubt.. there
is more to Attorney Theodore Stalcup representing Jamie Harmon AKA Jamie Harley in a huge federal criminal trial. If the jury
was rigged then that allowed Ted to get huge kudos for saving her..but what about the real ethical legal issues surrounding
it all.. that is the big question. I thought it appropriate to put up a photo of the two of them.. partners in crime..
maybe I can make a few bucks off it..make a couple of t-shirts and sell them.. coffee mugs you name it.. a dart board. I
attended a few days of the trial not whole days but a few hours here and there.. it was fascinating.. I wanted to see if our
government was truly being honest.. lets just say Jamie wears Teflon. nothing seems to stick to her.. it's a huge mystery..
I loved what the United States Attorney had to say about her.. at least someone has had the opportunity to say she is a criminal
and should be found guilty. Will she ?? It seemed at the beginning of jury deliberations likely not.. am I surprised??
No she withheld crucial evidence.. which is really a crime but because she is who she is..she was not charged with "concealing"
evidence by the feds. It truly is history in the making. I myself cannot wait to write a book about Ms. Harmon. She
says she represented John Mark Karr when she did not. Then our state bar.. refuses to find her guilty of lying to her
clients when in fact she did.. will this hopefully be the last time we see Ms. Harmon AKA Harley?? I guess so my prayers have
been answered.(i thought so but the Mercury News is writing otherwise). she will no longer continue to walk our halls of justice
(wait a minute she may be coming back to haunt us..the justice system just does not want to let her go..they want
her clients past, future, present to be scrupulously targeted by her and her partner TEd Stalcup forever)..
ripping one client after another of their hard earned money never once batting an eye. I personally wish we could
all say "good-bye" Ms. Harmon Please retire.. we are tired of your shenanigans. I can say this: If i had been
a juror in her trial, I would have told the feds to ad another charge.. concealing crucial evidence.. others are being charged
for it.. why not Jamie Harmon and others in her law firm?? I will write more about "concealment of evidence".
Should she be charged with another crime?? Yes.. Should Ted Stalcup be allowed to represent his partner in criminal
