Harmon AKA Jamie Leigh Harley is an attorney licensed to practice law in the State of California. Her California State License
number is 112320. Harley was criminally federal indicted for Money Laundering on December 31, 2008. Her case now
in federal court Case #: _CR-08-0938

Jamie Harmon is the attorney
who alleged she represented John Mark Karr on national television while appearing on the Larry King Live show in August 2006.
These statements were false. The criminal file regarding John Mark Karr
originating in Los Angeles is Case No. LACBA307876-01. This case
shows no proof whatsoever that Jamie Harmon AKA Jamie Harley represented John Mark Karr in these proceedings or any other
proceedings. A deputy public defender by the name of Haydeh Takasugi represented John
Mark Karr in California in the case of John Mark Karr appearing in the Superior Court of California in Los Angeles regarding
the matter of extradiction of Karr to Boulder Colorado for the suspected murder of JonBenet Ramsey. After being extradicted
to Colorado, Karr was represented by Boulder Colorado Public Defender Seth
Temin.
It appears Jamie Harmon aka Jamie
Leigh Harley and John Mark Karr aka Daxis (Karr is now
transgendered and assuming the name Alexis Valoran Reich) are really tied at the hip. Attorney
Harmon aka Harley seams to be mimicking the the style of her alleged "ex-client" Karr aka Daxis. What an amusing
coincidence; or is it?
Jamie Harmon
AKA Jamie Leigh Harley is currently set to go to trial for her alleged involvement with Christian Pantages in a huge money laundering scam. A Jury
Trial is scheduled to begin on 7/7/2010 at 1:00 PM in Courtroom 8, 4th Floor, San Jose. United States District
Court Judge James Ware will be presiding over the case. The indictment against Attorney Harmon AKA Harley was filed on December
31, 2008.
This reporter is concerned about the fact that the United States District Court
for the Northern District of California is allowing Attorney Harmon also known as Harley to parade around under an alias name
without it appearing in federal criminal documents. All the while, Ms. Harmon AKA Harley has been under investigation by the
California State Bar for alleged misconduct. Per California documents, Attorney Harmon AKA Harley was investigated under
both names Harmon and Harley. Court papers with the State Bar of California have both her names listed as follows: Jamie
Harmon and Jamie Leigh Harley.
The question is why Judge James Ware or United States Attorneys
in federal case CR-08-0938
JW failed to place it in the court record that Ms. Harmon has a known alias? (as proof I
have posted below the most current information on the court's PACER website)
On February
4,2009, Harmon's attorney Victor D. Vertner filed papers asking that Harmon be allowed to "honeymoon" in Hawaii.
Harmon AKA Harley traveled to Hawaii for her honeymoon from May 2, 2009 to May 10, 2009. In the California State Bar
case against Jamie Harmon AKA Jamie Leigh Harley (State Bar Opinion Pending 05-O-3395), Jamie Harmon AKA Jamie Leigh Harley's name is listed as Harley not Harmon for State Bar Number
112320. As proof see below. Let's hope this gets corrected before Harley's scheduled trial in July 2010. Or will
Harley be given even more leniency with another delay or trip out of the area?? Let us hope not.
