Lt. Commander Alberta Jones, USN filed a sexual harassment charge against Navy Captain Dan Speed in 1989. In 1988
Captain Dan Speed United States Navy was accused not once but twice of sexual harassment. Why did he get away with it?? Why
was there no investigation??
Jones states that the United States Navy held her case at the Board of Correction for
Naval Records for over three years doing nothing with it while Admiral "Jack" Fetterman* (see below info on Fetterman)
was allowed to have his full rank returned to him.
Captain Dan Speed was transferred to a command in San Diego and
allowed to retire with full honors by the United States Navy.

Jones declares that her life has been in danger and that she has been personally constantly harassed since reporting
this to the United States Navy in 1989. Not only that, the Department of the Navy has been involved in what she calls inappropriate
counter intelligence and constant surveillance of her family since 1989. Not only has there been constant surveillance but
harassment of an illegal nature including "torture" and "mind control."

From 1987 to 1991 while stationed in California,
I was sexually discriminated against and harassed by the United States Navy.
My name is Alberta Rose Jones. Until now
I have been somewhat silent about the matter in the public. I am now discussing this publicly with the advent of the internet
counter intelligence and conspiracies to harass by government officials can easily be discussed. It used to be that such things
were not possible.
My website is judgebusters.com. I began my fight against the United States Navy in court not knowing
that the Navy is so powerful that all my endeavors would be stonewalled. My efforts are now devoted to exposing this wrongdoing.
The United States Government is much too powerful.
When I was sexually harassed, I assumed I could simply end my case
amicably and move on with my life. If my case had not been handled under the Bush Administration in 1988/89, I believe my
case would have been handled in normal proceedings.
My story is about what can happens to you when individuals have
power. My son is dying. He has repeatedly been tortured. I am bringing both our cases to the public. I believe I have a terrible
story to tell of wrongdoing.
The Bush Administration believes in "torture" as punishment for what they believe
are wrongdoings i.e. "skull and bones." I can only hope that I get support behind my endeavors to expose the most
disturbing truths in our society today... we all can become victims of wrongdoing without much effort and little exposure.
My story begins with the photo below of President George W. Bush, Sr.
The three officers to the right of him were involved in conspiring to cover-up my sexual harassment case. The captain
closet to President Bush had a history of sexual wrongdoing in the Navy. I was able to expose this by individuals coming to
me with information.
Captain Skip Moyer III worked for President Bush as his military White House Affairs Officer.
The admiral to the right of Captain Moyer, Admiral JJ Hernandez knew of Captain Speed's past and covered it up as well.
I
have since been informed of a junior officer organization called "JOPA" which appears to stand for Junior Officer
(JO)Protection Association. JOPA began at Moffett Field when senior officers in squadrons would do wrong and JOs were held
to higher standards. This plays a role in my case. The P3 community was also known as being "mafia" like. Captain
Speed/Captain Skip Moyer -"So whoever this guy is he has friends in high places." It had something to do with the
fact that there were few positions at the top in the United State Navy. This is where my story begins.

* Vice Admiral John H. Fetterman was known as the Navy's "ethics admiral." He created a course to help instill
core values and prevent sexual harassment, racism, fraud and violence in the ranks. When the Tailhook Scandal broke out, his
course became required at the Naval Academy and other facilities.
In 1992, when a member of Fetterman's staff was accused
of making homosexual advances, Fetterman sent the complaint to the man's commanding officer. The sailor was reprimanded and
ordered into counseling for alcohol abuse. The Navy later reopened the case, discharging the man and suspending Fetterman
for failing to refer the case to criminal investigators.
Not wanting to embroil the Navy in another scandal, Fetterman
accepted a one-star demotion in rank and retired from active duty on March 1, 1993. He appealed the decision six months later,
on September 1, 1993, and his rank was restored. He died in 2006.)
