Dear Department
of Veterans Affairs:
I am making a hotline complaint regarding where is
the money coming from the operate the Department of Veterans Affairs Mental Health Court run by Director Lisa Freeman of VA
Palo Alto??
I recently was a witness to a disturbing event Dr. Joel Rosenthal, VISN 21 Coordinator
for Reentry and Justice Service,
offered Judge Stephen Manley an all expense paid camping trip by the Department of Veterans Affairs. Is Judge Manley
a veteran?? Is he on disability? Does he qualify to attend for free a camping trip paid for by the American Taxpayers?? Who
was the camping trip for? Why weren't all the vets in the audience asked to this all expense paid camping trip? I
recently complained about Dr. Joel Rosenthal. Where is the VA coming up with the funds to pay a psychiatrist to be the
coordinator in a Mental Health Court? Why do we need a psychiatrist with the title Coordinator for Reentry and Justice
Service. How can I complain about Dr. Joel Rosenthal to the Department of Veterans Affairs?? How can Joel Rosenthal
order vets to treatment. Where is an attorney for these vets and dependents of vets??? How can Joel Rosenthal of the VA order
an existing patient of the VA to be remanded back into custody without a formal hearing?? I want to complain about Dr. Rosenthal.
Who do I complain to?? Where is the agreement between the Department of Veterans Affairs and the State of California
regarding Mental Health Courts in California? What is the agreement. What about the rights of patients who fall under
the VA. I want to see what the VA is doing about giving patients their rights as required by law by the VA. It
is not happening in this Mental Health Court. Is Dr. Rosenthal their doctor.. what about patient client .. privacy??
