Andrew Martinez was used by the Santa Clara County Joseph Mengeles of Santa Clara County He was an "Angel OF DEATH"

Andrew Martinez was an "Angel of Death".  He died a slow horrible death under the "final solution" established by the "cult crowd" in Santa Clara County. I believe the Federal Bureau of Investigation is thoroughly aware of what is taking place in Santa Clara County which now crosses over to the Department of Veteran's Affairs.

This is a huge issue.  What if Andrew Martinez had been a "Gulf War Vet"? So Special Agent FBI who refused to give me his name.. this story is for you.. and the United States Citizens who need to know.

Was the FBI somehow involved in the death of Andrew Martinez?  You are all aware of the Judi Bari case.  If not let me refresh your minds. In 2002, a jury in their federal civil lawsuit exonerated Bari and Cherney by ordering four FBI agents and three Oakland Police officers to pay a total of $4.4 million to Cherney and to Bari's estate for violation of their First Amendment rights to speak and organize and for false arrest and unlawful search and seizure in violation of their Fourth Amendment rights.

Who was Andrew Martinez??  He was an activist as well no different than Judi Bari.  Both I believe are victims.  Judi Bari died of breast cancer after being treated for serious injuries sustained from a car bomb planted in her car.  Andrew Martinez became seriously ill after protesting on the UC Berkeley Campus.  I repeat that Andrew did not become ill until after protesting at UC Berkeley not before.. same as Judi Bari she became seriously ill after a car bomb was planted not before.  .

In 2009, Andrew's mother Esther Krenn settled a wrongful death lawsuit against Santa Clara County, which paid her $1 million. The United States District Court judge who oversaw the matter was James Ware.  Mrs. Krenn had wanted to have an investigation into the matter of Andew's death not just that a simple change in Santa Clara such as "notification of an inmates desire to commit suicide."  What was stated in the federal lawsuit as opposed to what actually took place do not appear to be the same. I will review the lawsuit again.. and recite if verbatim word for word.  Mrs. Krenn was very specific regarding the matter.  Wikipedia wrote about Andrew Martinez.  I have reviewed Andrew's entire criminal file and obtain copies of transcripts.  Mrs. Krenn requested that Andrew return home to be treated by doctors she had obtain to assist him with his illness.  The county prosecutors refused.  Andrew returned to a half way house run by Santa Clara County were he was sleeping all day not able to get out of bed.  At that point in time, he was not a threat to himself or others simply "not well."  He returned to jail as a "probation violation" and after repeated forced medication committed another violent act while under the care and jurisdiction of the Santa Clara County Department of Corrections.  He assaulted a guard.  It was shortly thereafter Andrew was removed from the Santa Clara County's Jail psych ward and placed in a cell without any medication.  Andrew was later found dead the circumstances surrounding his death were never properly investigated. 

Where is the State of California coming up with all this money? Where is Santa Clara County coming up with all this money?  To house people.. Santa Clara County houses everyone who they think should be housed by the state.. people are being dragged here and there.  Andrew's mother Ms. Krenn asked that she treat her son for his illness and to return home with her.  Public Defender David Epps and the District Attorney in Palo Alto Javier Alcala said NO!... So why are Public Defender's involved in force medication and keeping the disabled locked up in their "Half Way" houses? Is it all about money?  

Correction andrew died at the age of 32 not 38.  

I am writing bits and pieces of this story today while I finish my video of my visit to the FBI on July 21, 2010.
