Protesting and Federal Restraining Orders

If
you all don't know me, I have been somewhat famous more than half my life. I was sexually harassed in the United States Navy.
Not once but repeatedly. I am still fighting the United States Navy.
What does a person do when they cannot be heard
or they are purposefully stifled by their government? What did our forefathers establish for us? The right to
peacefully demonstrate and the right of redress. I am writing a book about how this is not true. Yesterday, July 24, 2010,
I accidentally came upon a San Jose Hells Angel MC being stopped by the San Jose Police. I have been told that the Hells Angels
are big in California and that one of Santa Clara County's Public Defender's was or is tied to the Hells Angels. I then looked
up San Jose Hells Angels. Well they are being harassed by the forced to be in Santa Clara County, too.
The Right
to Redress, freedom of speech and being able to peacefully protest do not exist in Santa Clara County. I have protested
as follows in the last few days, I will post photos with this article. I have protested in front of the FBI Building in San
Jose. I have protested in front of Judge Stephen Manley's Courthouse. I have protested at the Department of Veterans
Affairs Palo Alto. After being told by the Federal Police at the Department of Veterans Affairs that I had to protest in Palo
Alto not on federal property, I protested at a corner near the VA Hospital. I was then harassed by a woman who works for the
VA Hospital outside on city property. She refused to give me her name. She jaywalked on the highway in order to get
to me without me seeing her and trespassed on someone's property private property.
Prior to protesting at
the Department of Veterans Affairs, I did the right thing I asked permission. I also did it with the San Jose Police
Department. The San Jose Police said that if I am only one person with a friend then I do not have to get a permit. Fortunately
for me, I am protesting from the back of my truck..not on the sidewalks.
If you are veteran and have been to the Department
of Veterans Affairs in Palo Alto California, what is the first person you see when you enter the building? You guessed
right. A volunteer worker. What do you think a volunteer worker should know who actually is trained by the Department
of Veterans Affairs? What to do when a veteran comes up to you and asks you "I want to peacefully demonstrate."
"How Do I go about doing that?"
Do you know what happened when I as a disabled vet asked? I was
told by this volunteer who is also a disabled veteran "Why do you want to know??" In a harsh undertone. I told him
because I want to "SUE THE VA." He then said in a very very harsh mean manner.. then I will not help you.
I then said "You will not help me." Thats right lady..
I then proceeded to complain to the head of the
volunteer organization at the Department of Veterans Affairs Palo Alto by the name of Clarence Babtista. He said he would
talk to him.
I never got the help I needed regarding "peacefully protesting." I was later at the Veterans
Hospital again in Palo Alto. I asked again and was told they did not know what I should do.
I have been at the
VA Hospital in Palo Alto many times for various appointments. One day when I was there, I parked next to a big van. The
Van had things written all over it. Lots of it had to do with how he "hated the VA." and the "government."
So I took photos of course. I then saw another van with similar items.
So I thought to myself, if they
can do it then I can put a sign on my truck. I did.. well guess what when i came back from my doctor's appointment my truck
had been broken into and my sign was on the ground.
I looked thru my vehicle and found nothing missing that I was aware.
I later came back that same day to protest. Below is a video of a man I talked with about Judge Stephan Manley.
I was shocked what he told me. He said "Judge Manley is a criminal." So I am now checking into whether
or not I can charge Judge Manley and District Attorney George Chadwick with criminal crimes per the United States Constitution.
I
was later charged with "unlawful protesting." The beginning of the arrest was videotaped and recorded. Am
I so blessed. Why?? Because there is a "conspiracy against me." The police officer who is also a veteran..
by the name of Hernandez Badge # who works for the federal government said that I had failed to leave when told and that I
was told twice.. wait a minute that was a "lie." Can a police officer in a federal uniform lie?? about a crime
someone has supposedly committed?? NO So what do I have on the Federal Police Officer there were 4 of them?? Telling lies
on federal property. who do I go to?? I am checking into that now. THE FBI?? They were the ones who told
me unless I can prove that a federal statute has been violated don't come to them.
I later talked with my
husband who told me some very interesting things about the VA that I was not aware of at the time. He informed me that
"I had better be careful with the VA that they will hurt me." WHAT??? The VA will hurt me. Why??
Well guess what VETS who protest on federal property have no rights. WAIT A MINUTE
I have no rights to peacefully
protest. What does the United States Constitution have to say about this?? Well I know I am not the only one.
So lots of vets are being harassed by the VA Federal Officers. Do we have a class action lawsuit against them and the
VA. YES Us Vets need to find an attorney to sue the VA regarding this matter.

why should a permit be needed for a protest...? freedom of assembly is a right .. not freedom of assembly if you have a permit.
this is shameful action on the part of the police..shame on them

My next story
is about Jamie Harley AKA Jamie Harmon. Jamie Harley AKA Harmon took a "San Jose Police Document and altered it
for a restraining order against me." YES Harmon/Harley was able to get a blank police incident form and put a false incident
number on it..and then copy it and file it in a sworn declaration with the Superior Court of California. I am confused
is this a crime??
Is Jamie Harmon (oh if you don't know the feds never changed her name for sentencing.) a federal
prisoner now and under federal jurisdiction. She committed a crime against me on federal property not state property.
She handed me papers that she herself assembled in court while on trial for money laundering. I think it is a federal crime
to hand someone papers in federal court as a federal defendant which she knew to contain a document that she fabricated. What
happens if this was all done by federal agents now that Jamie is convicted of money laundering. I am filing a police
report against Jamie and her husband with federal protective services. I am being told that my police report will
go to the same US attorneys who just assisted in finding her guilty of money laundering. Does my supposed "unauthorized
protest" have anything to do with it. I will now have my own trial in federal court. Maybe their whole goal
was to get me.. not Jamie? Why did federal police officers lie to me.. why did a big black man in an unmarked car..
show up and give me dirty looks then order that I be charged with a federal crime when in fact it appears the supreme court
says i can peacefully protest possibly without permission.
I am a veteran.. not the average joe.. there are signs all
over the VA that say I can peacefully demonstrate but not that I need permission.
I am filing a restraining order
against Jamie Harmon (again the feds say she is Harmon not Harley). Should I file it in federal court or state court??
Good question. I say "federal court." I had a friend who filed a restraining order against the
FBI because he wanted the FBI to leave him alone. He knew their names and yet.. again.. Judges like James Ware refused to
give him a restraining order. I looked up federal restraining orders they are not called restraining orders they are
called "protective orders." Will I get one?? I have tried before with no luck. Why?? Because maybe Judge James
Ware wants me to be harassed by federal agents. Just so everyone knows.. Federal Judge James Ware does not like me. I
filed paperwork in federal court regarding a man by the name of "Rosario Marinello" who was a lawsuit against the
California Department of Corrections for unlawful discrimination. I filed papers in federal court regarding the matter.
Why? Because Marinello lied. again.. lets see. I now have connections with yet another person who is tied to the feds
and prisons. Is there a pattern here? I saw at Jamie Harmon's trial that everyone is used by the feds. I could
not believe what the one guy went through. Once in custody they used him against everybody. I think 20 different
cases where he was used as a snitch. That's whose running Santa Clara County.. the feds..
