Contractor Erik Petersen Harasser Stalker Restraining Orders Used by Judges and Police As Harassment Written

having contractor work performed on it i.e. work required by a licensed contractor. I thought nothing of it until the
work never ended. After seven months, I reported it to my city officials. He had not pulled a permit. Once I complained
that he had not pulled a permit, he started harassing my family. In addition, the owner of home began talking photos of my
entire family. The ex-owner still prowels the neighborhood. His name is Duane Barber. What is most interesting is that
after I took photos of illegal contractors and what work they were performing, he filed a restraining order against me. I
in turn filed a restraining order against him. What I did not know is that it was a set up. How do I mean set up.. well
I just talked to the Sunnyvale Police Department about restraining orders.. the officer said that restraining orders are the
easiest way to get someone in jail. The officer was proud of it.. too. What he indicated to me over the phone
was that.. if you want to harass someone and get them in jail.. just do a restraining order against them.. so what about the
folks who truly need restraining orders.. I went to court to find out what happens to them.. I saw a women in tears because
she wanted a woman to stop harassing her. She had a child. Well guess what the large mexican woman who was harassing
the small mexican woman with a child won. WHAT!!! yea. This tinny woman who had a small child.. could not keep a very
large woman who had harassed her..i.e. she had stopped her car with her child in it, threatened her repeatedly, damaged her
car.. and could not get a restraining order against her. I had the same problem.. i had a contractor who had tried
to repeatedly run me off the road, threatened me verbally, stalked me repeatedly, damaged my property.. I could not get a
restraining order against him.. but with the help of the police yes.. the police.. who say the easiest way to get someone
landed in jail is to place a restraining order against them.. and the judges help the police.. so if the police want someone
thrown in jail guess what they do .. they get an enemy of yours to do it for them.. that is why Erik Petersen and Jamie Harmon
aka Harley are on my website.. if you cannot fight them.. then post their harassment on the net.. if a tiny mexican woman
with an infant cannot get a restraining order but a large overpowering contractor can.. start a website.. keep their face
in the public's eye. Report your judge. You can also recuse the judge for cause. Write me about your case. If
a judge has denied you a valid restraining order, I want to know. I recently posted an article about the San Jose Hell
Angels Motor Club. They won a huge lawsuit against the City of San Jose regarding police harassment and excessive use
of force. This stuff exists. I know. It has happened to me. In my case, they use what is called "group stalking"
it is a "conspiracy" and it is illegal. What Erik Petersen has been doing is illegal. I am posting all
my photos, movies, etc. on the net. If the Hells Angels are powerless against them.. what about a woman.. who owns no
guns.. has no weapons .. they vandalize her property, harm her children, and try to throw her in jail. My photos speak
for themselves. That is all I can say. I am glad the "hells angels" were able to win in federal court.
It took years. Did it change anything though? Unfortunately not. So when I say our system is corrupt. It is. |
