Well I have been told to back down.  That I will be put in jail. I am saying go on ahead because I will sue the you know what out of the judge who does it.

Freedom of Speech is right not a privilege.  I recently filed a claim against Santa Clara County regarding conditions in the Santa Clara County Jail. I believe people have been dying including Andrew Martinez because of the Judges in the County and because of the Chief of Correction Edward Flores.  Well I was informed today that Flores is no longer in charge of the Main Jail in Santa Clara.  Why do you think that is?

My next target is the "mental health" insane asylum on the 8th floor of the jail.  I am going to be informing the public just how much your county officials are spending on torturing the mentally ill in the jail..And yes they are torturing people.  I saw it so I should know. 

Then I will be tracking the money.. you know what I mean following the money.. in regards to Judge Stephen Manley and District Attorney George Chadwick. I know of someone who was housed in the county jail for over 9 months while being forced medicated with excessive amounts of anti-psychotics.  Did he receive treatment?? No.. so what does Judge Manley, Alternate Public Defender David Epps, Public Defender Malorie Street and District Attorneys Javier Alcala and George Chadwick (please remember these names do not forget them) do to the mentally ill.. lets just say with the help of judges they can do whatever the hell they want with the disabled.. I saw a man tied to a table being forced medicated on the 8th floor of the County Jail.  He was about to die.. where they getting him to the hospital for emergency medical treatment?? No.. the guards who are not nurses where checking on the inmate round the clock.. yes round the clock why was he not in a hospital bed?? I can tell you why.. 

Per Andrew Martinez mother, Ester Krenn, she said her son was over medicated.  Guess what folks that is what your "tax dollars" are doing.. heavily medicating inmates at the jail.  

I am getting the dollar amounts to just let you know who much.. the taxpayers of Santa Clara County are paying and by the way Judge Stepen Manley is getting money from the federal government to take care of these folks.  What is he actually doing with the money... well I know for sure he is great at letting people sit in jail.. so where is the money going??

Let's see "Cahtolic Charities" just moved into a great big brand new building when the county is financially strapped.  Judge Manley sends all his cases to Catholic Charities.

I am looking at the dollar amounts the County squeezes from us.. to help these people.. which do need help.. but is it actually going to help them?? NO  Individuals who work at Catholic Charities have no license in psychology and yet they are in charge of our "disabled inmates".. I would like to know what they are making off each inmate they house at their crummy half way houses..

We will soon know.. But I know for sure that Judge Manley lets people rot in jail when he is suppose to be helping them.. then when they get out after a year in cramped housing being heavily forced medicated he yells at them to get a job!! do community service!! get an apartment..!! you name it.. never the while thinking twice that he caused this person to be severely disabled. 

So why are the DAs, Public Defenders keeping the mentally ill locked up for excessive amounts of time.. not getting the help or treatment they need.. and then turning them over to a lay person at Catholic Charities.

Next topic.. I was recently approached by a DOD private investigator doing a Top Secret Background Check on a former neighbor of mine. He asked me lots of questions but I had to tell him I never talked to the person in question I only observed him.  From what I observed again again I never talked with him, he never made loud noises, never drank, did not have loud parties and did not cause me any problems basically I only observed the guy from afar.  Now I have several neighbors I have never met.. yet they appear to know me.. I thought this strange.. I have never talked with them..one guy has done lots of stories on me.. but I have to repeat I do not know him.. have never talked to him.. I now have a woman by the name of Nancy again I have never talked to her.. so I was thinking what if i told this DOD guy that I knew my neighbor because I had talked with another neighbor and he told me he was a bad guy.  I would be a jerk especially if the guy lost his top secret clearance.  What is hearsay?  Have you ever heard of the term..So back off Nancy.. get ready to be sued.. same as Dave Severn who is going to be sued by me.. big time..

I got the card of the DOD investigator.. it is on this page. did the DOD investigator twist my arm to get information.. no.... I would be a real jerk if I said.. well my neighbor says he is a jerk so I guess he is a jerk even though I have never talked with him and never saw him do anything but read books.. I guess that makes him creepy.  I hope the guy would sue me if i lied said he was a creep when he was not.. I would be the creep not him.  

Lastly, I was told today that I could not post that Attorney J. C. told myself and a friend each on separate occasions that Judge Stephen Manley is "fffing" "Nuts."  These comments were not made off the record and we both heard them.. sorry.. person who called me saying I could not post what the attorney said on the record.. he said it and I am going to use it to file criminal charges against Judge Stephen Manley.  In addition if Judge Manley is recused the case has to go to another Judge who will look at it in the same court not a probation violation.criminal court.  

I am letting Judge Pennypacker know of this information via sworn notarized affidavidts.
