am working on the investigation of several cases at the moment.
The big one "failure of Santa Clara County"
to do "Sell" hearings. What is a "SELL" hearing?
A "SELL" hearing is to determine
if a "criminal defendant" can be force medicated. I have someone at the moment who is allowing me to document
their case which
I will be making public. They are in the process of suing the County of Santa Clara and the
State of California. This is "HUGE". Santa Clara County, Board of Supervisors, Santa Clara County Department
of Correction, Santa Clara County Valley Medical, Santa Clara County District Attorneys, Santa Clara County Public Defenders
are all violating the law. It was decided by our Supreme Court that a criminal defendant even one on probation could
not be "force medicated" without due process of law.
In order to get around the law, Santa Clara County Judges,
public defenders, district attorneys, santa clara county health officials and the Santa Clara County Department of Corrections
are making threats against the "disabled" in our county. Is the "grand jury" doing anything? NO
This
is the hugest class action lawsuit Santa Clara County will ever see. I am behind finding a civil rights attorney to
get the ball rolling.
Can you imagine? You thought that withholding "sex offender" videos or drunk while
in public was huge. This thing is huge.
Each and every person in Santa Clara County who has received "forced
medication" is a plaintiff. EVEN THE 5150 HEARINGS ARE NOT BEING PROPERLY PERFORMED.
Each and every person
in Santa Clara County including Stanford Hosptital, El Camino Hospital, Santa Clara Valley Medical, VA Palo Alto Hospital
are all potential defendants. Each and every place a 5150 hearing is being held.

County Medical Director Dr. Tiffany Ho, Judge Stephen Manley, District Attorney George Chadwick, District Attorney Dolores Carr, Judge David
A. Cena, Public Defender Mary Greenwood, Assistant Public Defender Malorie Street, Public Defender, Assistant Public Defender
Nona KLIPPEN-HUGHES, Alternate Public Defender David Epps. Just to name a few. Lest we forget: Attorney
General Jerry Brown. He made how much off a "class action lawsuit" against the maker of Zyprexa "ELI
LILLY" and never took care of the disabled he supposedly was protecting.
I thought it interesting
that many are public defenders who work directly for our Santa Clara County Board of Supervisors. Read what is posted

In 1964, at the request of
the Santa Clara County Bar Association, the Board of Supervisors authorized the establishment of a public defender office
in this county to provide legal representation to indigent criminal defendants. (Santa Clara County Ordinance Code section
A2-51; California Government Code section 27706.) The office began operations on April 1, 1965.
