killers of Andrew Martinez and Ryan Jones. Each person will be posted on a stake.. above the dead... how many have they
killed?? How many more have to die?

With the fall of Nazi Germany, the
White Rose came to represent opposition to tyranny in the German psyche and was lauded for acting without interest in personal
power or self-aggrandizement. The group was motivated by ethical and moral considerations that adhered to principles of tolerance and justice. The members of the White Rose are honored
in Germany amongst its greatest heroes, since they opposed the Third Reich in the face of almost certain death.
The white rose is intended to represent
purity and innocence in the face of evil. I know what evil is and where it exists. How to stop it.. is the big question.
My answer is "the white rose resistance." I want to start another "white rose" resistance
in Santa Clara County.
I again was contacted by one of my readers. To my surprise they just keep giving me helpful
information. Was I right about Judge Stephen Manley and District Attorney George Chadwick? Yes to my surprise.
How long have the disabled been denied their rights in their little "Gestapo" court in Santa Clara County?
Years dating back to the "unthinkable" death of Andrew Martinez.
This is what I have found out in my investigation
with the help of none other than our own state laws. I have posted below one of the books which contained the answer
I was looking to find. Each day in our courts in Santa Clara County; Our Judges, District Attorneys, Public Defenders, Private
Attorneys, Clerks and Court Reporters are violating the rights of others. Andrew Martinez' court files will show that
Andrew Martinez was taken from a "locked half way house" yes a "hole in the wall" "dump" "homeless
shelter" and had been told that he had broken "probation" or committed the ultimate sin " a probation
violation" because he could not "get out of bed" and was not able to take his psychotropic medications. "Had
the evil doers who were taking care of him.. that were not even licensed ever thought that maybe Mr. Andrew Martinez was sick
and needed medical attention? Doubt it..
Was it legal for the likes of "District Attorneys Javier Alcala, Delores Carr, Dana Overstreet, George Chadwick along with Andrew Martinez's Public Defender David Epps to put this man back in jail? No!! No!! No!! No!! (How many times do I have to say NO!)
What is most interesting about reading California State Law is how little
our excessively paid attorneys who are illegally running this county
pay no respect for our laws. YES OUR LAWS Why does our legislature even pass laws; if our paid elected and non
elected officials have no respect for our laws? Each day in court; if I was to pay lets say ten people to take notes
of what took place. Each of these people was an investigative reporter like me.. of these 10 people we could each come back
with a handful of laws our judges, district attorneys and criminal defense attorneys have violated or are violating. This
is just in our criminal justice system.
Here
is the scoop. Santa Clara County wants everyone to be in their "half way house, jails, locked psych wards, unlocked psych
wards, nursing homes, etc." That is what our judges have set up as part of their "secret organization." Who
is making the money from this illegal set up? Just think about it. That is all I am asking.
So here is the scoop on our laws: What does it mean to have a probation
violation? What happens if you do not want to be on their probation terms? Can you opt out and just get sentenced
to prison? Yes if you think your probation will be more severe than a prison sentence. So right now in order for
Santa Clara County to keep the money rolling in for this "filthy set up".. they convince you to take their probation
in Mental Health Court or Drug Court, etc. it is a trick.. once in there beware!!! They have you in their evil spell..
so they can.. force medicate you against your will, lock you up in their "less than adequate" halfway houses, give
you unnecessary treatment, force you to see folks who are not even licensed.. yes I have it all.. documented. Is the San Jose
Mercury News writing about it??? No..
Then to top it
all off.. Judge Manley gets all sorts of free public attention for a court that is not even approved by our state legislature
or even our federal laws. I have posted below some information regarding probation and what happens when you supposedly
break probation. You are suppose to have a formal hearing with "notice" yes notice. Not in Santa
Clara County. Our DAs who are paid "$200,000" a year and our Judges who are paid "$200,000" a year just
overlook that law. Here are other laws they are overlooking.. Bail... yes we will just lock you up again with no bail
for a "probation violation" that you never had a formal hearing. Let's see what else.. can you be forced to
live in their housing?? I don't see that anywhere in california state law.. I do see that it has to be an "approved facility"
by legal standards.. are these approved facilities?? Don't think so.. is a "half way house an approved facility"
"is a homeless shelter" an approved facility?" NOPE!!!!
So whom do I report these atrocities ?? I think we are in the times of the "third reich"
in Santa Clara County. Judge Stephen Manley is just one root cause. My answer are "white rose" papers which I will
keep posting. I will keep posting the "truth."
Okay.. here are the laws the Judges, District Attorneys, and Criminal Defense Attorneys violated when they removed
a disabled man from a locked "homeless shelter" they sent him to die .... instead of home to be with his mother... I know these laws...
IT takes time for me to scan and post.. but I will be posting this because I am suing
Santa Clara County and the State of California as well as the US Justice Department for using our tax dollars both state and
federal to fund a "court" i.e. the mental health court in Santa Clara County without any government approval from
our elected officials.
THE BIG YEARNING QUESTION IS.. WAS ANDREW
MARTINEZ PSYCHOTIC BY BIRTH OR BY BEING FORCE MEDICATED? I BELIEVE BY BEING FORCE MEDICATED AND HE IS NOT ALONE.
