Abuse of the Disabled "Santa Clara County's Unjust Unlawful Mental Health and Drug Offender Court"

Who is Judge Stephen Manley? What does he stand for? How
did this happen?
In the year 2008, I became aware of Andrew Martinez, "The Naked Guy" from UC Berkeley. Was
he really this unstable schizophrenic guy or something else?
I watched every single national event that had been televised
with him speaking. I listened intently. I then obtained photos of him after he was expelled from UC Berkely.
I
read every single newspaper article. What went wrong and why? Was he poisoned at UC Berkeley.. how did he become
psychotic after appearing totally normal on National Television?
I am a firm believer in a "secret society".
A society that goes after those who do not conform.
If Andrew Martinez had any idea that a "secret group"
would come after him for being the "naked guy" would he have exposed himself to such horrors that awaited him.
Is
it possible for a "secret group" to do such a thing? I believe so.
I have talked with people
who firmly believe that there are powers to be that want a majority of the population not just in the United States but the
world exterminated.
We see movie after movie that depicts this horror.
The sad thing regarding Andrew Martinez
is that whether his illness was forced upon or he acquired it naturally, he became ill and was not treated for his illness.
This is where I come in... what can be done about it?? It's not just Andrew Martinez. The United States of America is
treating thousands of our population with "drugs". What are these drugs doing to us? Ruining us. Causing
not only the breakdown of our immune system but things much worse... "violence" "excessive sex drive"...
you name it all kinds of inappropriate behavior. Who then gets punished for the consequences? The person who I
now label "disabled."
The people who should be studying this issue and ensuring it does not happen are the
ones making it "flourish" and yes I mean "flourish."
I thought we were in a sick world.. but how
sick has it become? Much worse than any of you could imagine. Judge Stephen Manley who is not sane.. wants this
upon us.. and he is not alone.. there are groups of them..
The State of California Legislature has not authorized "these
mental health courts". I have read all our laws in the State of California. In order to have them, our state
government would have to ensure they meet certain requirements. California's laws are very specific regarding meeting
the needs of its people. This court in Santa Clara county does not even remotely come to meeting the needs of these
people. That is why Andrew Martinez died. Did the County of Santa Clara do anything?? HECK NO!!
What can I do about it? What can you do about it? Investigate,
investigate, investigate.. and yes I mean investigate.... Santa Clara County Board of Supervisors paid $1,000,000 to hide
this.. yes hide this.. it was cheaper for them to pay off "Andrew Martinez's mother" so they could keep their little
or should I say "big" secret quiet.
We as Santa Clara County tax payers paid for their evil deeds..
which have not ended and will cost us much more if it has not already.
